Day 14 - Grocery Bags

Today I was in the mood to make some grocery bags.  I used some lighter weight craft paper that looks like the heavier paper from which actual grocery bags are made.  I measured a regular paper bag and then cut out pieces that would make the miniatures close to the 1” to 1’ scale.  I glued the center seam of the bags and then used some folding techniques to shape it into the paper bag and glued down the based (which was a bit trickier than I thought).

I also took some pictures with the bags “full” using the cans I made the other day (and some other mystery items in the bottom of the bags.

 

I think I could also figure out how to add logs to the bags with my printer if I decided to make more of these.
